Residential search

The same engine, pointed at houses. Federal credits, state programs, utility rebates, and local offers for a single address — without reading forty program PDFs.

01 Measures covered

Whatever you were already planning to do to the house.

Electrification

Heat pumps, heat-pump water heaters, induction ranges, and the panel and wiring upgrades that make them possible.

Envelope

Insulation, air sealing, windows, doors, and roofing — the unglamorous measures that carry more program value than people expect.

Generation & storage

Rooftop solar, battery storage, and the interconnection requirements that determine which programs you can actually use.

HVAC & controls

System replacement, smart thermostats, and demand-response enrollment that pays on an ongoing basis rather than once.

Water

Fixtures, irrigation, greywater, and landscape conversion programs run by water districts most homeowners never hear from.

EV readiness

Chargers, service upgrades, and utility make-ready programs that are frequently more generous than the charger rebate itself.

02 The order of operations problem

Sequence changes the total.

Many residential programs are conditional on each other. An efficiency rebate can require an audit first. A federal credit can be reduced by a state rebate you took earlier in the same year. An income-qualified program can disappear the moment you accept a different one.

Doing the right work in the wrong order is the most expensive mistake in residential retrofits, and it is invisible if you evaluate each program on its own. Incentive Navigator evaluates them together and shows you the sequence.

03 Common questions

Before you ask.

No. Incentive Navigator is software. We tell you what you qualify for, exactly what each program requires, and when it is due — then you or your contractor file it. We do not take a percentage of your incentive.
Address specific. The platform resolves the state, county, municipality, and utility territory your property actually sits in, because utility programs in particular do not follow city limits.
Every program record carries a last-verified date, visible in the interface. Saved properties are re-evaluated continuously, and you are notified when a program you were matched to changes or closes.
Tell us and we will correct it. There is a report link on every program record, and the issue form routes straight to the data team.
